To get started, simply make an account, verify your email (check your spam!) and you're good to go! As a user of Sofubiki, you'll be able to edit existing articles and create new ones!
Not familiar with editing a wiki? Head to the sandbox before working on a live page!
Most of the articles on Sofubiki are created using Markdown. Markdown is a way to style text using shortcuts β without the need for any coding experience.
For example β **Text here**
will create Text here. Like magic!
Check out the below for a full overview of using Markdown.
It's also possible to create a new article using HTML or a Visual Editor, if preferred.
(It's not possible to change which you use once the article has been created.)
A great way to view how a page has been composed is to click the βοΈ icon (bottom right) and then click < > to view a page's source. Feel free to copy and paste this onto a new page, if required. Here's the source code for this page.
Clicking the π£ next to "Last edited by" in the left hand column will allow you to view the history of an article.
